We want you and your dog set up for success.
Gear (In-House Items – Harnesses, Belts, Lines, etc.)
We offer exchanges on unused items with tags still attached. If you need a different size, we’re happy to help get the right fit.
Items must be in new condition
Tags must still be attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise discussed
Returns & Refunds
We do not typically offer refunds on gear unless there is a defect or issue with the product. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom items (including jackets with names, special orders, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Drop-Ship / Partner Products (Printful, direct vendor orders, etc.)
If you ordered directly through one of our partners, returns and exchanges must be handled through that company. We’re happy to point you in the right direction, but we don’t process those returns.
